100+ Organic Garlic Chives seeds 韭菜 / 부추

Garlic Chive / Chinese Chive / Chinese Leek – Allium tuberosum grow in zones 3 through 9. They prefer cool air temperatures between 40 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit (4 to 29 Celsius). Once established, garlic chives require minimal care and suffer few problems. Both leaf and flower are edible. You can eat them raw or cooked.

These garlic chives are grown in zone 5. We use a cloth to cover the plants and can harvest them till Christmas time. If the temperature remain above 0, they can be harvested all year round.

We don’t use any chemicals in our land.

Note: We also sell broad leaf garlic chives seeds. They have stronger taste but would go dormant in the winter.
